Jessica wins 2 Golds, 1 Silver at 2011 Winter Nationals

Jessica concluded a very successful competition at the 2011 US Winter Nationals. She finished with a gold in the 50 & 100-meter freestyle, beating Dara Torres, the “ageless wonder/44-year old,” in the 50-meter freestyle. She won a silver medal in the 100-meter breaststroke, despite swimming a time that is ranked in the top-3 world-wide for the entire 2011 year.
This was a great stepping stone for Jessica as she competed during heavy training, in preparation to compete with the US National Team at the Duel in the Pool versus a European All-Star team in a few weeks time. Follow Jessica’s lead up to the Duel in the Pool by clicking here.
